Level I Security Enforcement
Security Enforcement Agents (SEA) make up our UN-ARMED division. Although they do not carry firearms they are highly trained in the proper use of:

Level II Public Safety
Public Safety Agents (PSA) make up our ARMED division. In addition to firearms, they are also highly trained in proper uses of the same items as our level I staff members:- Firearms

Level III Special Police

Bartlett W. Wilson Jr.
Police Chief Bartlett W. Wilson Jr. is the Founder and CEO of Black Ops Protection Agency (BOPA). Prior to BOPA Chief Wilson served 15 years in Housing Law Enforcement. BOPA was founded in 1999 in New York City, NY and established a Charlotte, NC presence in 2016.

Our Private Sworn Services are made up of officers who have taken a full police academy training course (Basic Law Enforcement Training) through the North Carolina Department of Justice.
