Police Chief Bartlett W. Wilson Jr. is the Founder and CEO of Black Ops Protection Agency (BOPA). Prior to BOPA Chief Wilson served 15 years in Housing Law Enforcement. BOPA was founded in 1999 in New York City, NY and established a Charlotte, NC presence in 2016.
